Group Governance

Against the backdrop of the impact on management from changes in the external environment, including demographics, laws and regulations, conflicts, the importance of sustainability, and information security, we will develop a governance structure to minimize risks and maximize opportunities for the entire group.

Themes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Group governance

To achieve our vision of becoming a Global Tea Company as a part of our Group mission to be a Health Creation Company, our Medium-Term Management Plan positions globalization as a core growth strategy. To achieve sustainable growth, it is necessary for us to generate Group synergies both in Japan and overseas. Amid the ongoing changes in the external environment, taking into account risks associated with globalization and the expansion of our Group companies, etc., it is necessary to strengthen governance and risk management throughout the Group.

For this reason, we have identified Group governance as a material issue for the reinforcement of our management foundation. By enhancing our governance framework, including the development of the next generation of management human resources, we aim to minimize risk and maximize opportunities throughout the ITO EN Group.
